i dont mean to be off topic but does any of you know of a method to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost my login password. I love any tips you can give me.
@DeSTRoYeR992 Marchand , Tkachuck , Kucherov , Dustin Brown , Brandon Manning , Brendan Lemieux , Corey Perry and Cal Clutterbuck. Probably missed a few but ya get the point there's a few bad apples
Sidney Crosby is the greatest player of his generation anyone that denies that is just stupid and knows nothing about the sport. He is the pinical of professionalism and hardwork, he has taken hometown discounts so the Pens could win Cups unlike the new wave of players in this league. He is the best possible role model for a young athlete. The game will surely lose and miss one of the Greatest to ever do it when he hangs up the skates. Congrats Sid
Someone denying this is not stupid while I agree with your statement . I would put ovie a close second but would never label a fan stupid for slotting him first
This guy is a Canadian treasure, he has always shown class , all time great and one of the best ever on and off the ice, hockey is going to take a major hit when he hangs them up.
I cried when 99 retired, over and over... I listened to it live on CBC radio while driving from Saskatoon to Kananaskis for a new job as a young early 20s lad, 6 hours of radio all dedicated to 99. Now I'm older and 87 has been my fav player since he entered the big leagues. I can't imagine seeing 'Sid the Kid' hang them up. Sucks getting old!
Thats when we will have to wait for a new "crosby". No1 in the NHL will have a record or legacy like Crosby, no1 can even come close. Theres that golden child out there in this world somewhere and the hockey world will eventually see him or her, until then thank you crosby for everything you have done for us hockey fans. Without crosby the game will be 100% different.
@@paulalaniz6697 Not a single time, asshole. My team only played Cindy once and that was in 2013 when he got completely neutralized in the conference final. It was a fuckin' blast to watch Cindy cry and whine in that series!
Great speech, so humble and authentic. A true leader on and off the ice. Why can’t we find these qualities in our national political leaders? Whatever party you want Sid you’d have my vote.
because you have to be hungry and aggressive to make it in politics. I love Crosby but there is a difference between being a leader in a sport and being a leader in politics.
how many people try and be politicians? i'm 31 years old and i've never met anyone trying to get into politics. everyone i grew up with wanted to be in the nhl. he's one is 10,000,000 - a guy like trudeau is like 1 in 10.
Still the best in the world in my opinion. This is coming from a lifelong Bruins fan. Whether or not he is the best is obviously debatable, but you cannot deny his greatness
Hey you have to call it like it is. I love Sid. But I’m an Oilers fan and like McDavid as well. Sid is the best! He puts his team ahead of himself and has 3 cups. Plus he is the best role model for kids since Gretzky. Extraordinary person.
@@Oliver-fs2ep He's a fucking legend. Hating on Crosby is childish. Can't deny a good player. He's impressed many and deserve the title of being called a Legendary player
It's funny thinking society wouldn't be able to use the number 87 anymore. Doctor : How much do you weight ? Patient : 187 Doctor : Ok , so im gonna have to write down 188 Patient : Why ?... Crosby ? Doctor : Yep ! Crosby .
He’s the best with out a doubt. All that hard work isn’t for nothing look where it got the guy. My fav player and favourite captain to watch he’s always has a way to make the highlight real
He always looks uncomfortable in speach about himself....that humbleness never left. Thats why i think even the non fans cant deny that. He remained humble and untouched by the celebrity. Thats awesome
What a speech and what a player. And his speech is the perfect example of the type of guy he is. He only speaks of others and thanks them for their support along the journey. As well he shows his softer side with some laughs and funny stories. He has priorities straight, that you need to be thankful for the people in your life, and to make sure you enjoy what you do. This is why Sid is as good as he is. Yes he is naturally gifted and the hardest working player in the league, but without humility and a clear heart, you cannot get to the level Sid is. No doubt in mind the NHL will have a ceremony like this when Sid retires. He deserves it.
Why is Crosby making it hard for me to hate him? In all seriousness tho, class act. Good player, did not forget who helped him to achieve his dreams. Cannot say that about everyone in the world.
Why would you hate him? If Crosby joined the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Leafs might actually come close to winning the Stanley Cup lol. Leafs haven't won the cup since 1967 lol 😄😄
as a Penguin fan, I truly feel blessed to have this incredible human representing my city and my favorite team. I've idolized Sidney for just about 15 years now and I'm always amazed at how he can be so talented and accomplish so much, yet stay as humble and passionate for hockey as he was when he came into the league. He had the biggest spotlight on him before he was even old enough to drive, yet has met and even surpassed all expectations while maintaining a perfectly spotless track record in every aspect of his life. That, to me, is what is most impressive about guys like Sid and LeBron James (having arguably the most hype around them in sports history and meeting all expectations with their play while being role models and true leaders on and off the court/ice), especially nowadays where it seems a lot of athletes are getting in hot water with things. A true role model through and through, as incredible on the ice as he is, he's even better off it. He certainly deserves all he gets and I couldn't be more thankful that he ended up in Pittsburgh and did all he has done for the franchise and the city as a whole. Sid will forever be my favorite athlete and I try my best to not look too far ahead, because I can't imagine hockey without this man. I'm glad to see people who used to hate on him start to acknowledge his greatness too, even though it is a result of his career entering its final half. Love or hate him on the ice, I don't think anyone can argue his greatness or his impact, and especially not his character off the ice. I'll defend him to the death though I think his actions and accomplishments take care of that regardless. And what an honor it is to have your number not only retired by Rimouski, but throughout the Q entirely. So well deserved. Thank you Sid for everything you've done and will do from here on out, on and off the ice. A true hockey, Rimouski, Pittsburgh, Canadian, all around human legend.
Sidney is the most humble, down-to-Earth, superstar on the planet. No matter how much money he makes or championships he wins, he never forgets who he is or where he came from, which says heaps about what great parents he has.
Hockey has some of the classiest humble athletes ever. This reminds me of a speech that could have been given by Gordie Howe, Booby Orr or Wayne Gretzky .
I hate "the Pitt" but goddamn I love Crosby. Pure class. A truly good human being. He would be this nice working at a McDonalds if he couldn't play hockey.
Random Person, I absolutely cannot stand Sid The Kid! He's mean, arrogant, thinks he's good..... I could go on but I say all these mean, rotten, things, that, in reality, aren't true because HE DOESN'T PLAY FOR THE SABRES! If he did, he'd be the best player in hockey. Forgot to mention, if he played for the Sabres he wouldn't be an ego maniac. He'd be a nice guy. Like Jack Eichel!
