I think you can use scouts with Arthur but best was a guy who used three archers, Arthur and twins to draft the enemies warriors and spearmen. Could also work if barb camp near enemy.

Has something changed in AI building wonders? I play on Immortal, and remember wonders being quite a bit more competitive once. Now I very often see classical era wonders available (Colossus, Mausoleum, Great Lighthouse, ...) very late in the game.

The square where you just built a fort wouldn't be bad for a vampire castle because of the gold yields from the 2 cocoas

Just denouncing. I really hate some of the boosts..like you need to build fort that you are never going to use. Very irritating micro management has increased from previous versions of Civ
