Sir I have one doubt. i give command 25 % close but positioner 0(not moving) but physicaly moving some value.then positioner start 0 to 25%.when reached 25% that time physical movement also stopped.finaly physically check valve move 50 %

Please explain about 38 parameter! 🙏. Our control valve PCV. Operating in reverse means on 0% in DCS valve operate 100% in field and on 100% it operate open 0% in field and vice versa ... I've checked both 7 and 38 parameter .. Both is in direct action and on RISE condition .. Please guide what to do ??🙏

And if give command of 0% in display also it shows 0% but valve opened 100% as per scale. And on 25% in DCS and positioner it open at 75% in field.

Hi Can you share ur Number Want to discuss some issue with P2S, Issue is Command is 0% , Valve Actual Position is 0% I.e close position but Siemens Positioner showing 100%. How to correct Positioner. Positioner is New. Kindly help

Go to parameter no 7. And Change it.
