Winning games like this are the only way texas will start getting its due recognition for not just some of the best football but basketball as well. They always underate texas teams in hoops.
Been telling people for years Texas is the best basketball state in America. When I was in Highschool Duncanville had like 10 big time Division 1 signees on their team they looked like a D1 college basketball team. The funny thing is they didn't even make it the Championship game that year. In Texas you have to deal with not only Dallas but Ft. Worth,Arlington,Plano,Waco,Austin,Houston then the San Antonio area to Beaumont /Port Author area, and Galveston County. Then you have to deal with those West Texas boys in Amarillo, Midland,Abilene Area its Hooper's all over our state no walk in the park.
The announcer saying “they’re literally pushing him out of bounds” at the end of the game was so frustrating considering literally no body contact was made😂 that should’ve been a straight up out of bounds call
The ref’s did miss two call in the last minute of the game that killed the momentum that SC had. Good game by both teams, but Duncanville got that home cooking calls this game.
You wont be able to tell from the box score but if you watched the game you can tell Bronny was WAY more aggresive than any other game just shot not going through the net
Y’all ain’t from Texas😂. They recruit none of these players was zoned to that school. There’s a reason they always have top talent and won 6 state chips in a row

It's not about trust. He's a pass-first player. I understand he needs to step up but it's a team game. He's trying to get others involve...make the appropriate plays.
Anthony Black is a good player if he can calm down wit the turnovers he’ll be even better..but we don’t talk enough about #22 for Duncanville he’s the unsung hero every game

Interesting this just popped up. 2 days ago, the UIL slammed Duncanville for violations and stripped them of their men's basketball title won earlier this year. 3 years' probation and no participation in any play-off games. Women's basketball team also took a hit with illegal recruitment. Men's team caught with illegal player on team. I forgot his name, but he now plays for Arkansas. The UIL award McKinney the state championship. What's also interesting, at least for me, is the fact it's the only school I attended a football game where I had to go through a metal detector.

Sure if we recruited our players like California and Florida I’m sure we win most of the time and be top ranked in the nation, we use athletes from our same communities not recruited athletes.
