I was lucky and train with him and he is the last man who Win the Golden Coin in China in Hongkong in 1974 I think.This was Thaiboxing and other styles last Bloodsport in Hongkong. He have the last Golden coin.He was the best Thaiboxer before he learn Wing Chun

If you do kickboxing or boxing for a year, train twice a week that will be a lot more effective than fifteen years full time training under Sifu Lam.
