Hello Sir, Before watching this video I just wanted to express my big thank you for your videos. I successfully done my DHA, Prometric exam registration, Dataflow and eligibility letter with the help of your videos. Thank you so much and may God bless you more and more…
In UAE, most clinics don't follow the UAE labour law. Working hour is 9hrs instead of 8hrs, no malpractice insurance coverge, no return air ticket in a year rather in 2yrs, no holidays in Sunday rather ready to take another day and ready for camping, branding, promoting. No fixed salary at first and then only a least amount of basic and after 20k/month income then 30% commission after deduction of the commision of other lab as the clinic has no own lab. I clearly understand that it clearly violates the UAE labour law where asking money from the employee to activate license and malpractice, more working hours and late night, weekend, no return ticket in a year. What to do in this case?
Thanks for your comment. We regret but this is the prevailing situation in smaller scale private clinics, but you are always encouraged to approach MoHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) if you see any breach in signed contract by your employer.
You are doing a wonderful job sir. I am here to request you for making a video on NHRA BAHRAIN Complete step by step process. Please consider my message as a request or as a suggestion. Thank you
