Thank you Karen for sharing this delicious, fun and thoughtful sharings. I must say, the experience Yeugenia Kazantseva had in her trip, offering her energy too soon.... is a constant challenge for me too. It was good to hear that lesson. Respecting our own pace, time and energy as a projector, is the best gift we can give to ourselves.

This is a little confusing for me to understand, emotional projector 3/5 .I have pretty much always felt the energy of others since a child in the 1970s , I can feel it sometimes even before I enter a building I pick up on energy of course that is very simply put I can sense many other things this way, which I came more in tune with when I started to practice Tai Chi back in the 1990s then even more now over the last 8 yrs going Chi Gong daily but also not being around people allot helps because if I am around people too much I tend to lack of better words go a little numb and sort of block them all out. what I dont understand is knowing that I am being recognized or invited , I have literally Hawks and owls, sometimes falcons visit, a hawk land on my balcony also an owl at night just sit there looking at me and or doing a little dance ( I live in a small but growing town with not to many of those around) Owls seem to be more common visiting me but that's different then actually knowing when I am being invited from a human being. in my younger yrs I spent much of my time always helping other and then being drained and not acknowledged for it which bothered me a little but then when it started to happen all the time plus aIso was drinking every other week and a little drugging to hold off those feelings I just walked away from those people ,stopped all the harmful things, but it was the universe that guided me to do this . Since then ( 2009) I have been growing and much more sensitive, I know it was always there , now I am not distracted from other people all the time . Plus never truly felt I fit in anywhere lol and tend to not get involved unless I have to and again I am still not clear how to tell when I am actually being invited , but I just do my job and my own thing nothing seems to be feeling like an invitation I think I might be missing something it has been many yrs

Hi, it sounds like you haven't found a way to share your gifts where you can really be seen and then invited to share your expertise. It goes through 5 steps for learning how to distribute your light...much of that could be relevant to you and help you shift into a place of empowerment where you can be recognized and then valued for your gifts.
