I used a bit more water with mine, I’m only talking half a litre but I had no problems pouring it and managed to get the job done, obviously it did take longer to dry due to the added half a litre of water, I wouldn’t have any doubts about using this product in the future.
When overlaying with tile, is an isolation mat needed? In other words will the formation of cracks in the slab stop at the leveler or broadcast through, cracking the tile?
Sika great quality BUT requires very high skills. NOT for DIYers. Also Siks does TERRIBLE job of differenting SO many different (flooring) products, making choice for "best" nearly impossible. Frustrating cuz products durable high quality but presales Tech Assist not available
@@smietniknautube I've tried that and it didn't work. I found out hard way you need another person to help spread it out. It takes more than yourself if you're not a pro at this type of work. Looks easy on RU-vid. Geez, its hard to do as hell
Stephane Lemay When you put too much water in the mix, you will end up with a powder on top when it dries out. The water has to go somewhere. Some mixes take five litres but Setcrete is around four.
