Sa video na ito ay gumawa ako ng pandesal na Walang bread improver Peru malambot pa rin .
Pandesal recipe
Fermented dough( bread improver substitute)
100g flour
2g yeast
60ml water
Bread flour 500g
Sugar 70g
Vegetable oil -60ml
Egg -1
Water 200ml
Yeast 10g
Salt 6g

Thanks for sharing your technique. I’ve tried a different pandesal recipe before, it turned out well after getting it out of the oven, but the next day it was as hard as a rock! I will try your recipe soon.

same here, hard as rock, ive try also no oil, when mixing, but its super sticky, when im geeting the dough out at the mixer, but the result is soft pandesal, i font know why others, made pandesal with oil ing. stay soft even 2 or 3 days...

Sa fermented dough mukhang 50grams lang dapat ang flour po. Nagtimpla kasi ako, ang dami ng 100grams para sa 60ml water.

sana next time instead na grams gamitin mo takal... halimbawa 500 = 2 cups, 70 grams 1/2 cups, 10g = 1teaspoon.. yung ganyan para hindi kami nanghuhula

S baking dapat.mg invest k tlga ng timbangan kahit ung digital..wag ang creator I bash mo, tama naman sya, ma's accurate p nga ang I weigh scale ko.keysa measuring cups. At hinay lng s pg Korek s mtgal ng nagbabake at pro na, Di gaya mong noobies pa pro kng mka correction wagas😅
