I use the high price ,high octane, and where you can find it no ethanol high octane for my lawn mower. It’s a good idea to change the fuel lines and install a new filter every other year as the slightest contamination will clog the needle valve. Honda is one of the best units you can buy.
If you are not going through a lot of fuel in a "cut" , Aspen or Stihl 4 stroke no ethanol fuels are the way to go _ expensive but no hassle - even after wintering machine . Also I shut off fuel at end if cut and run engine out so fuel is not lying in carb .
@@alisdiggerdiary yeah I understand, got Honda generator, had it maybe 18 years now I think about it, oil change, lock the fuel off, original plug etc great choice, never a bit of grief.
If you get a chance to have a try of a new 7S190 Massey you’ll be well impressed, miles nicer than a Valtra inside 😂🥳, seeing lots of mergers around now too… next must have item I guess
that E10 petrol is terrible for small engines, i use something called aspen buy it in 5 litres its a long life fuel, you get a 4 stroke and 2 stroke mix at 50-1, once you open the can it lasts up to 3 or 4 years
Know the feeling we can fix these giant, complicated machines but these little lawnmowers/ powersaws etc screw with our brains.more than once i,ve wanted to launch these things out the door .
