Thanks for watching! This is our second of three outstanding multi-day treks in Peru. A wonderful time with wonderful people! Though Machu Picchu wasn't on Kako's bucket list (and honestly she felt it was a bit overrated), we did the trek anyway and we're certainly glad we did! Just to clarify, Princess Kako of Japan recently visited Machu Picchu, and while Meownderlust's Kako is DAVID's princess, she is not quite Japanese royalty. 🤣
it brought back plenty of wonderful memories of the hike! I remember you were already going downhill and I was still ascending to the pass. LOL great capture of the landscape. :)
Cheers! 🙏 Fortunately, we had tickets for Machu Picchu first thing in the morning, so hardly anyone was there, and we could watch the sunrise! By the time we finished climbing Machu Picchu Mountain, it was pretty crowded. If you ever visit, we recommend getting there early tickets if possible.
Lovely vedio... The beauty of Machu Pichu is alluring... You have done really an excellent documentary... Please visit Southern part of India also where you will get awasome mountain ranges called 'Western Ghats' which are known as biodiversity hotspots in India after the Himalayas. We here in South India too grow coffee and process it in the same manner. You will feel like you are roaming in the Amazonian natural and cultural ecosystem in South India. Welcome to you. -Adithya Adiga , Bangalore, India
🙏🙏 Cheers! We will be moving our home base to Asia soon, so hopefully we can visit India in the near future. We'll take your recommendation and put the Western Ghats on our agenda!
