That is however an advantage, ships that are played by few people are also harder to counter, as most people will be meeting it for the first time. That ship is so rare, i've seen more Neustrashimys than Siliwangis lol

That RPF was so confusing. I thought it's the Mogami behind the island in the middle because otherwise it would've been spotted in the north. But then i realized the RPF was from the Izumo because it ended instantly when Izumo died at 16:40 … Izumo with RPF, not something you see all too often 😂😂

Definitely agree, even when I'm in uncommon ships, players panic when I use that ship's gimmick.

The lack of XP that wargaming rewards players for spotting is criminal. It promotes selfish play and discourages teamwork HEAVILY.

uh... everytime you said Siliwangi, I cringe... "Sili" is pronounced like "silly" as in stupid "wangi" is... hmm... I dont think I know any vocabulary in english... but the closest will be "one" as in one apple and "i" as in "indeed" So if you pronunce it fast it ahould be like "silly-one-i" I think it is a language from sanskrit and used in Indonesia... And I never hear any english vocabulary that has simillar pronounciation as "ng"

This was rare? I got one quite some time ago randomly. Dont recall how, just was in my port one day. Its a tier 8 free premium so I kept it. Didnt even want it or knew it existed before I got it. I dont really like or dislike it, thats mostly cause Im really not good with dds. Not my prefered ships, 98% the time I use CC / BB. No matter the DD I try using, I always just end up doing suicidal charges at the enemy n dumping torps at point blank range. Got a pommern to, really like that one. I guess somethin happened between this video and when I got those 2 premiums, cause I just figured everyone got em.

Doesn't the idea of "don't allow yourself to be spotted if you're the last DD alive" rest on assuming the enemy team in fact *will* play differently if they do or don't know where you are? I would assume 90% of players don't even think about what classes are alive or not at any given time (except perhaps the CVs) and even fewer of those would think to play differently in a "I know where the last DD is" vs "I don't know where the last DD is" situation. So you'd be playing super safe and trying not to be seen, meanwhile the potatoes on the enemy team are totally oblivious one way or the other.

flamu is there a thing with mogador getting detonated often cause in the last 20 games i have been detonated abt 12 times . and i dont run any signals that improve the chance of me getting detonated . it is really frustrating cause one shell from 10km away just clips me and i am detonated...

I got my silly wang in a crate. I do like it for being different. If you can team up with a light cruiser or cv to swat other dd`s away from you it can be brutal.

BAH... not impressed by the Silly when it was released, never impressed when found in game. Flamu plays it could make probably work, but... well... probably having the Lo Yang in my port do not put me in the position to need a worse copy (same hydro, better guns, torps capable, hydroing other DDs, to even torp them/make them move out of cap/smoke...) Patience and discipline needed with the Silly will MORE than reward anything else...

DD is a class, where the players skill is more important, than the hard stats of the ship. Comparing DD's to each other is kinda pointless, since you pitch them against BB's. If you do your job right, meaning spotting first to provide intel for the team, contest caps at the right moment and then start picking juicy targets (sailing straight for a long time, parking behind islands) you can prevail even in a DD that is considered weak by it's stats. Priorities of course may shift if an opportunity opens. Sure you can have bad luck running into one of those silly gunboats and get gunned down instantly, but one should never think of it too much.

I saw that you had one of the special pan Asian commanders on the Wukong. Will you make a video with it? I played using that setup today and the improved DE combined with signals bumps wukongs fire starting chance to 20%, and was it ever noticeable. Cheers man, and congrats on the new place!

Yes, it took a long time to land a single torp, but after only 3.5 minutes you already had 9 "Defends". That's a nice bit of XP by itself.

Rarity is a strength, really, and that’s exactly why I play ships such as the Kii and Ashitaka so much cause a lot of people don’t even know what they are and give all that broadside to punish.
