Big Bore 2 stroke cvt snowmobile engines is where it's at for making big power & reducing weight. Although turning both clutch/ flywheel & gearbox with huge expansion chamber add a little bit of complexity & packaging challenges. Still tough To beat. That is one fine tuned machine you have there. I run a ZX7R powered Banshee, set up for trail/ woods riding. The though of a nice old school thunder cat 2 stroke has crossed my mind a few times!
Im asking myself. What kind of Clutch is that, is it a rekulse ... Then i smack my head, It's a Sled Motor. I do have an extra roller laying around and a Yamaha 550twin

Depends on the motor and or swap it has if it has a four-wheeler motor most likely 5 or 6 Speed but if it has a snowmobile swap just a centrifugal clutch no gears..
