@@thekingofnoobs8362 not at all my guy! The sensor is only needed if you plan on tuning for the truck to accept both 91 pump gas and e85, if you tune the truck only on e85 the sensor is not needed!

We use 1/8 vacuum line but will probably switch to 3/16 because 1/8 was a little tight but still worked with some persuasion. As for the PCV line I think it was 3/8 line but would need to double check but almost sure that’s it. As for the snap on thing are talking about the e85 sensor or the fuel line fitting?

Appreciate it brother, I got mine e85 sensor from eBay I think and got my fuel pressure regulator from eBay as well just a cheap one two but it’s been working great. And you don’t really need the e85 sensor unless you plan on running e85.

Unfortunately, you can’t run those on this manifold. I just deleted them and having the tuner tune them out. There might be a way to do it but will require fabrication.

Yes! These intakes are known to be loud! You can use Dynamat or something to quiet it down even just something on top of it helps, use your hand see how that changes the sound! 👌

Ok, I used AUS 36lb injectors from lsxceleration.

It could actually go under the intake you just have to put it under before you install the intake we forgot so we just left it lol

Here in LA bro we got E85 everywhere but I get mine from a Chevron

I made a custom bracket that bolted right onto the throttle body, but they do also sell ones that fit those throttle bodies too perfectly!

You won’t really get much gains from this intake it’s better suited for boost applications.

Yeah you can run it like that, but you will just have a check engine light on. So if you don’t want one you’ll have to get it tuned out.

Not much, we just used them because we put the tbss manifold which doesn’t have the port for the egr stuff so we used these exhaust manifolds because they didn’t have the ports either which work out good.

that sir is an E85 flex fuel sensor, not required for the fuel pressure regulator just something I added for tuning later.

Yes basically universal, you just need the get the pigtails and wire it into you computer and then get it tuned for the mix. You also need the necessary fittings to connect to your fuel lines. I think they’re pro comp wheels, they’re 17inch and used for 4x4 builds but i only used them to clear the lowering spindles !

My kit came with the gaskets that give the ports a good seal ! so you can either of the two adapter or gaskets.

I honestly couldn’t tell you, we went right into some aftermarket injectors. They looked similar in size though, but I would need to double check.

I noticed that too LOL it’s possible cause the square ports on the intake is larger than the cathedral ports on the cylinder heads making it able to work but there’s a big problem in doing this as it could cause a lot of turbulence but I think some have done it without any problems but using cheap eBay or Amazon fabricated intakes I don’t think anybody knows if it effects the turbulence and choke the cylinder heads or not

@ john_doe627 Iam in the same boat but I have decided to do full aftermarket suspension, long tube headers, high rise intake manifold, all new msd ignition system, new fuel system, and possibly a new distributor, and new brake system. You gotta think when you start adding power don’t want your ride, riding like shit and it’s gona need the fuel so yeah it’s expensive but driving that bad boy on the weekends to the track priceless!

You run a vacuum line from the smallest nipple under the manifold to the map sensor.

Just disconnected all the lines and left a few hanging, tuner did the rest of the work!

I think it is for the map sensor but mine didn’t fit with my style. But might fit with the newer style with o-ring, but either way I didn’t need it just left it the plug in.
