Can you connect the 4 x ARGB headers to the hub but the 3pin fan headers to the motherboard to control speed with voltage? At the moment it's too loud for study and work usage and being able to slow the fans would really help. Thanks

Yes, you can connect ARGB and 3pin fan power connectors to different sources as they work independently of each other.

Can you tell me about the included ARB fan controller? Does it control both pwm and ARGB or just ARGB? And up to four fans can be connected, and they are all daisy chained to one PWM sys fan header and one RGB header on the motherboard?

The included controller allows you to have all connected ARGB lighting devices to be controled by the ARGB header on your motherboard. You can connect up to four fans to the controller to be powered, but they cannot be controlled. We have an online manual for this controller, which you can see in the link below: www.silverstonetek.com/downloads/Manual/case/Multi-FARA%20ARGB%20Controller%20Manual.pdf

Is the front part of the case removable? Does it have a dust filter on the front?
@Silverstonetech
@Silverstonetech 10 месяцев назад
Yes, the front panel of the case is removable, however, there is an ARGB cable that you need to be aware of when removing the front panel. An integrated filter (non-removable) is located directly behind the front panel metal mesh grill.

So if you connect fans to the hub does it only run the fans at 100% or can you control them via the hub with your motherboard BIOS? Just the statement "Only supports fans rotating at full speed" is a little confusing to me.
@Silverstonetech
@Silverstonetech Год назад
Yes, if you connect fans to the hub, they will run at 100%. But if your motherboard supports DC voltage adjustment for fans, you can plug the fans to the motherboard fan headers to adjust them. If you don't have enough fan headers on the motherboard, you can buy a fan splitter such as our CPF02 to connect all the fans into one connector: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/fans/CPF02/

Just to confirm, would the 4 x ARGB headers still connect to the hub but the 3pin fan headers can be connected to the motherboard sys fan to control speed with voltage? At the moment it's too loud for study and work usage and being able to slow the fans would really help @@Silverstonetech

There are no plan to release a white version of this case at the moment. But please also check out our FARA R1 PRO if you like a white, compact ATX case with 4 ARGB fans! www.amazon.com/dp/B0973VP7V1

Can I install GPU in vertical position in this case?
@Silverstonetech
@Silverstonetech Год назад
Yes, the rear expansion slots can be rotated to vertical possition. You do however, need to supply your own PCIe riser cable to connect your GPU to the motherboard. You offer a few versions or these PCIe ourselves: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/computer-chassis/?page=1&filter=PCIe_Cable&sort=Newsest

and is there a software i could use to power the lights?
@Silverstonetech
@Silverstonetech 3 месяца назад
@@Osama_Samo1 The ARGB controller included with the case uses standard addressable RGB or digital RGB connection. That means it will work with any software included in your ARGB enabled motherboard. No ARGB Rear fan like the Fara Pro R1 V1 & 2. That is a letdown and a step backwards. Was my go to budget prebuild case I would use all the time, don't think I will use this one if not 4 fan. Now I got to buy extra fan for rear, makes my prebuild cost more. Please add the rear fan back in.
@Silverstonetech
@Silverstonetech Год назад
Thanks for the feedback! We will continue to offer FARA R1 PRO V1 (for at least a several more months) and V2 (for the foreseeable future) for sale so if you need those four fans, definitely keep buying them!
@3D-PC
@3D-PC Год назад
@@SilverstonetechI will not be buying these cases until you add the rear ARGB fan. You need to add the rear fan. Also the quality of the Fara R1 Pro V2 needs to be better, have to send a few back now. Also need replaceable pcie slots, not the single use ones you have now. ru-vid.com6E3th9m5vyg
