Your videos for me are the only one which gives me power and motivation to trainings. I'm going to change my training plan. More intervals and I'm going to jump on higher weights. It's amazing when I can take about 400 kg on my legs in 18 reps for 4 sets. You have officially made me go back to the gym today after 2 months of not going. I thought I was never going back to this shitty lifestyle after going to the gym for 2 years straight but let Me tell you, it's really easy to get off track. Thank you for the motivation. I didn't know what I was thinking. The gym feels so much better

hey bro. I just wanted to say that I have been following your programs and it as changed my life. I still have plenty of work to do to hit my desired weight but fitness has now become a lifestyle for me and i'm forever thankful. Keep doing great work brother.

Damn these guys must be loaded. They always have the sickest cars, villas, clothes, etc. Just goes to show hard work pays off. Congrats Simeon and Ulisses, its well deserved. People may play the steroids card but they fail to realize that even IF you did do steroids, you are still working your ass off 7 days a week while maintaining a strict diet for all these years. Guys like this keep me motivated to train. I have been going hard for about 3 years and dont ever plan on stopping.
