Ingredients For SİMİT, Turkish bagel sesame ring bread:
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tbsp dry yeast
1+1/2 tbsp sugar
200ml warm milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tsp salt
5 to 6 cups all purpose flour
For the sauce:
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp molasses
1/2 to 1 cup sesame seeds
sunflower seeds (optional)
