Hey Guys, another wireless wheel video today but this one is a bit special This Simline 720s GT3 wheel has dual clutches! Today we will take a look at the quality of this wheel and test out the launch capabilities of a wireless dual clutch system. This one is gonna be fun. I have their GT3-R Buttonplate + D-Shape Wheel by Simline and I am very happy with it. Would definitely recommend for a good all around wheelchoice. Only gripe I have is that the shifters are a bit loud.

Great video! How do you like those grips? I plan on buying one but unsure about leather, I love the look of the alcanara.

@GTGREG You mention this wheel has a dedicated button yo adjust simucube torque but then say you have it mapped in ACC? How do you map a rotary in ACC to controll the Torque in True drive? Little confused. Unless I'm mistaken you can't controll Simucube true drive from mapping buttons in ACC the button in ACC is just adjusting ACC max torque not True drive where as this wheel controls True drive yes?

Thinking of purchasing the wheel. Any problems as of yet? You have the wireless version but i see a usb connection as well. Is that for dual connection of wireless/usb or battery charging? I also don't see a panel to change the battery. Is there one on it?

gorgeous looking wheel, love the forged carbon and the grips, looks super Motorsport. Shame about that clutch knob being so easy to turn. I think a software solution with no button would be ideal, that way you can never accidentally turn it.

ya, its not a big deal, you just have to make sure its set proprely before race start every time which is probably a good practice.

I had the same issue with my old Ascher button-plate, the v1 ones and solved it by wrapping a rubber-band around it that's adding friction.

Just get ascher B24L and simracingbay new rim v2 really like this combo, 550 eur for ascher plus 120 eur for rim… later you can swap to another for example turn R305, o just another type… we all know that rims are personal thing to everyone so sometimes you just need to buy and try it to understand if it is comfortable for you ;)

Agree, the srb button box is a huge value. Shifters are not so good but overall it's a great low cost wheel. I've done a review on that a couple years ago. Also agree that the wheel swapability is terrific with boxes vs a whole wheel. Love srb products

ya dude, i went back after getting the motion system. Needed more immersion for motion and triples were the only way since i dont really care for VR.

I’m the opposite when it comes to grip material. I like suede and alcantara. I recently got a CubeControls F-Pro and the grip material isn’t wry good. There’s no grip. Can’t use gloves and without gloves it’s still way too slippery. I suppose if you don’t use much ffb it’s ok but I’m gonna have to wrap the grips with some grip tape. That’s really unfortunate.

I see a lot of people are not digging that injection molded grip. I can imagine that would get quite slick but some people don't sweat, I do a lot. I was sweating in this video🤣

They have sc2 wireless and also a usb version.

They did used to make really poor quality but I think they raised the quality but also the price but the company is well known for cutting corners on things they Hope you won't notice.

I bought mine recently. The quality is actually really2 good. It's definetely on par with wheels costing much more. The shifters feel very high end compared to my sam maxwell wheel.

@@Supermie123 I bought a simline R8 and mclaren simline 720. BOTH OF THEM USE fkking cheap 3d printed shiit buttons. Both of them broke while shipping to me even though it was packed good.
