Love the lunches. You always make sure the kids and Dave are well fed with balanced lunches. The. Heat needs to go away already. Triple digits here all summer and I think it’s making us rock and roll. We keep having earthquakes. Hope the kids are enjoying their time off :)

I'm sure Dave was a very happy guy to be eating such delicious lunches, everything you packed looked and sounded so delicious, even the Tuna melts, and I'm not a tuna fan. When my husband was still working he loved taking breakfast sandwiches that I would make for him and pop them in the freezer, he would microwave them for about a minute before he left the house and eat them on his way in to work, lunch was always a fly by the seat of his pants kind of deal, some days he was on the road or on a job site and too busy to stop and eat and some days when he was in the office they would all order out and eat together, but usually he skipped lunch and came home ravenous so supper was always early. Thanks for sharing this lunch video with us Lindsay, I love all of your videos.

You always make such delicious lunches 😋. I have only been a subscriber for a couple of months now so I was watching your older videos….I came across the ones from over a year ago when Audrey had her surgery….it had me in tears watching how brave & sweet she is and her cute little smile even though she was going through so much 🩷. The video a year later when you interviewed her about how she felt now was so special & I’m so happy she is thriving and doing so well ❤️

When I grew up almost no one including us or those that lived around us had AC. However, today, I don't understand that. Why not at least put in a box AC unit?? One can easily make a 2000 square foot home livable, just one unit and cool for that matter. Hub is a contractor and it just needs to be put into a window or hole cut in the wall.\ \ IU remember the awful heat as a kid, the bugs it brought, how food did not keep due to the heat, etc. I and I lived in a northern state that borders Canada. No one had them back then but now almost everyone has at least a box unit if not central air. Not a criticism, I just wonder why you don't have one. it isn't about money as you take vacations, get food from TH's and so on. Why have self and kids miseraable? Is there some kind of ban or electric thing where you live? Here even the worst apartment comes with a box unit. Again, I am not trying to criticize, I simply don't understand it. I think I even saw you put in new windows. Go get yourself one if not two. Seriously.

@@venusgal2706 This summer has been much hotter than normal. We don't have AC because normally we only get one month of extreme heat and the rest of the summer is usually tolerable. The rest of the year is cooler. If summers continue to be hot like this year, we might think of getting a window unit. Have a great week. 😊

@@mominthemaritimes I am fairly new and do not know a lot about your area but have binged a bit and so thought winters too were milder lke than ours, MN/WI and we can get some hot summers. I have only been to Canada once and ti was in summer and north of Thunder Bay by a few hours (common in my states, fishiing etc.) and it was hotter than heck 35 to 40 years ago when I went. So forgive me for not knowing your area so well but where I am we get the coldest winters most can imagine but latst year almost all was mild, temps sometimes that only spring would bring, if even that would. Anyhow, love your show but guess unless hard to get, I was thinking why not at least one box air conditioner. Beleive me I have never had central air in my life but I lived in places I wished there was at least a box unit decades ago. Anyhow, I haven't even looked at my post you answered but pretty sure I am guessing what I said right. Loving your show, watching cirme on YT is more my genre but i also love cooking, shopping hauls, etc. Logn post but and so depending on if need down time that's just more down to earth and not seroius like crime, I watch cooking, grocery hauls and so forth. Imo your channle should have a lot more viewers as I find it so very real. Anyhow, I'd recommend at least a big box unit lol. I am way older han you but grew up in a time NO ONE had such and it was hot back then. Maybe not where you live but here they are just a couple of hundred bucks for a bigger unit. In fact my daughter and SIL get them and resell them in the fall the year before (new) and then wait while people don't want to buy unti la heat wave comes and all are looking for fans, or nnthing they can get and they get them on clearance and sell them for less when they do or the next summer even. Anyhow, I did not mean to go on this long, but am neweer and just saying if you have a window it can be put in or hub is handy enough to do it in a whole cut in the wall, a big one can cool that whole home or at least a good part. For a few hundred. And I guess since I binged a bit I saw the one with new windows and such and in my mind that meant it did not mean it could not be afforded. Man this is lengthy, sorry. Anyhow, seriously just trying to help and say why not. We would not ever go without a furnance. I sweated as a child in the upstairs of my parents' home beyhond what anyone would thnk tolerable nowadays. I am in my 60s and live d in far below F zero in the winters and the summers were HOT when I was a child. Anyhow, pools are great don't get me wrong but a box AC unit will do a lot in the ome on hot summer days and again it was hot when I was a child long ago, granted for only if luckyk three months of summer if that,. VERY HOT. Wisconsin and Minneosta. Upper north parts. I don't talk of such and live in South Carolina or Florida. But I don't know your part of Canada well. And I certainly am not talking even global warming. Like I said when I was a kid decades and decades go I mean we had 30 below F in winter but we had hot, hot summers. And we did not have air, almost no one did. And yah, I have went on. Sorry. Just get one, it is less than replacing new windows, some groceries, etc. If you use it one month or off and on every day for three months, you have it. I mean well. I work somewhere all the things that are needed for pools are sold. And we sell a ton of such even though like you in an area we have just a few months if lucky of summer and ability to open. And it's expensive. I truly only mean to encourage a box air conditioner or two. Again sorry for the long post. I have one window unit here and yeah, I am either too hot, too cold or shut if off and turn it on, but I have it. And I am loving your show. just finished a long work week and so with little time to unwind during it, probably talked here too much to this post. Just trying to help because several I have watched when finding it was about how hot it is this year for you. Anyhow, I just think it would be a good far cheaper than some investments whether one uses it or not each year. And that's all I meant.
