I have really been craving some chopped beef sandwiches, but didn't want to smoke a whole brisket for them. So, I found this chuck roast at the local grocery store and fired up the Weber Kettle.
Seasoned with Sucklebusters 1836 Beef Rub and cooked with @JealousDevil lump charcoal with cherry wood. Topped with Smoking' Ghost Spooky Sweet sauce.
