Chop 1/8 of onion Manchego cheese Remove the rind Slice the Manchego cheese Bell pepper strips Salted butter Gluten free or regular bread Sliced Manchego cheese Chopped onion Chopped red pepper Sliced Manchego cheese Gluten free or regular bread Toast for 3-4 minutes at low heat Salted butter Flip Toast for another 3-4 minutes Done
