Simple and fast homemade poutine recipe 

Hello everyone, today I offer you my recipe for homemade poutine! A quick recipe to make! With more homemade fries. I give you the poutine sauce recipe. Poutine for those who do not know it, is a Quebec dish (Canada). A delicious dish !! The dish includes this famous brown sauce, cheese curds (if not mozzarella) and fries. Pure gluttony! Ingredients and preparation:
4 large potatoes
1 drizzle of olive oil, salt and paprika (in the oven 45 min at 170 °)
3 tablespoons cornstarch + 3 tablespoons water
Chicken broth with 35 cl of water
Beef broth with 35 cl of water
Toast 50 gr of flour (a few minutes over low heat)
Mix regularly
Melt 100 gr of salted butter
Add the grilled flour and 1 chopped garlic clove
Add broths and starch
Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
Cook until the sauce thickens
Finish by pepper the sauce
Cut 125 gr of mozzarella
