2 apples
Butter 30 grams
Water 20 ml + lemon juice 20 ml + cinnamon + sugar 20 grams

Sugar 40 grams
sour cream 200 grams
Butter 50 grams
Flour 130 grams
If the batter is too thick, add 20 ml of milk
Simmer for 10-12 minutes, turn over and another 5-7 minutes
