Well, Chef Jenn, I am quite sure that this recipe is beyond delicious. Cod, as you may know, is the type of fish that most restaurants will use. It is a very mild-tasting fish, but I enjoy it. You made this dish more healthier by baking the fish. I can deal with that. You seasoned it so very well that it must have incredible flavor. I would probably put this fish on a bed of Jasmine rice might be awesome. Good job, indeed. Thanks again for another amazing recipe. BTW- the joke made me smile. Good channel delivering good recipes!
