Amazing. Especialy how he put the betta fish inside the tank as he deliberately chucks it in the tank. The fish's pause show that it starts to like the place (sarcasm), sudden changes its atmosphere (or aquasphere) might kill the fish or fishes. Luckily this one managea.

Careful about using your ic in the video. Some may try to use it and steal your id. I would suggest you use a card that is not so sensitive. Just to be safe

Filter isn't important for holding beta fish( change water) heat is important 28 degrees

No problems with heating as the temperature at where I'm staying doesn't require any. 😊

How big is this tank? Bettas shouldn't be in anything permanent under 5 gallons

I have had my betta in a 3.5 gallon tank for 2 years now and he is happy as can be. He has plants, wood and rocks to interact with and swims right up to us when its dinner time, I think the bigger the better for sure and I hate that they sell 1 gallon tanks for bettas....or even smaller, but I think 3+ gallons is enough space for them. Seems to be for my little guy.

Nah please stop parroting this misinformation about 5gal. This is merely a preference by some and not a hard rule. Focus on the water quality and not the tank size. Read more scholarly articles.

@junikorkor Just because a tank is clean, doesn't mean it is good. A clean 1 gallon still wouldn't be good for a betta.

Never use anything with sharp edges (those two rocks) in a betta tank, they can tear their fins. And, where is your info about curing the tank before the betta goes in? Betta don't like bubbles & need a place to hide once in awhile. This type of tank doesn't give the betta enough room to swim from side to side.

Hi, i rescued the fish from the shop actually. It's fins were short, torn n uneven when I bought him. Think i did a good job keeping him. Did u look at it's fins when it opened up? Also, it was living in a 10x15cm tank at the shop. Have a nice day, Karen.
