Looks yum! Though i'm never making it because blueberries are expensive! 1 cup of blueberries costs like $7 which is crazy if I wanted to buy 6.

I wonder what brand of mixer is taped over...
@helpfulnatural

This channel has always used the Kitchenaid stand mixer in video demos. Not sure why they are just now taping over the logo. :/
@rianmilit

Most likely they used to be a sponsor and now they aren't anymore, so they're covering the brand as to not do them gratuitous favors.

Common kitchen aid, you have to pay them for the use of your name. Nobody can guess what the mixer brand is lol

If you can find frozen real Blueberries from anywhere in northern Europe, get that instead as they are better by far. Real blueberries (can be called Bilberries for some odd reason in US) can also be found in Northern US and Canada but I rarely see them here and have never seen them fresh. If you are in Canada look for the French label as they have different names for them, Bluets and Myrtille).

I live in the northeastern US. I've never heard of Bilberries. What are they?
@hanstun1
@hanstun1 8 лет назад
Shirley Pena They are blueberries for most of Europe. They look like small blueberries, grow on small shrubs and are VERY blue, all the way through. They also taste just like blueberries but much more intense. They are clearly related but the European version can not be cultivated. I have not seen them in north America but I read that they grow here. In northern Europe they are everywhere. If it is a forest there are most likely blueberries all around your feet. I assume it is the same here if you are in an area where they grow. They tend to be more prolific the further north you go.

so "crisp" in the US, is like "crumble" in the UK?.
@TheDevilDarling
@TheDevilDarling 8 лет назад
they're different things, i could be weong but I think the difference is the oats, there are oats in a crisp but not in a crumble. She included 'crumble' as something she also likes in summer.

Exactly. It's the difference between American English and British English. Same dish, different names.
@TheDevilDarling

+RD M it's not a big difference but its not the same dish, though. crisps and crumbles are made of different toppings.

I WONDER WHY THEY COVER THE KITCHENAIDE LOGO ON THE MIXER MACHINE.
@nikkimatthys1995
@nikkimatthys1995 8 лет назад
because they used to be on tv and you can't use brand names without their promission so thats why they censored it. but this is youtube and the only brand type thing you cant use is music
