2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tbsp Corn starch
Pepper sauce:
100ml Stock
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Corn starch
1 tbsp Brown sugar
Stir fry marinated beef
with 4 tbsp Neutral oil
Stir fry vegetables
with 4 tbsp Neutral oil
1 tbsp Ginger, julienned
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 white onion, wedges
1 red Capsicum, cubed
1 green Capsicum, cubed
