Simple Chocolate Chip Cookies!

These Chocolate Chip Cookies will have you binging! Be warned of how delicous they are, and they're so simple to make.
Please Subscribe if you enjoyed!
Prep- 10 Minutes
Bake time- 10-12 minutes
Here's the Recipe!
270g-AP Flour
165g- Brown Sugar
150g- white sugar
1 stick- Butter
1- egg
1T- Vanilla Extract
3/4tsp- Salt
3/4tsp- Baking powder
2 Cups Chocolate chunks, or chips
Directions -
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Cream Sugars, Vanilla and Butter in a bowl until fluffy. (Mix well)
3.Add Egg unto mix and combine well
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and combine well.
5. Fold in chocolate chips into the dough.
6. On a baking sheet with parchment, scoop 2 inch balls into pan (separate 2 inches from other cookies)
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the top is light brown!
8. EAT ALL COOKIES AND REGRET NOTHING

I like to form the dough into balls and freeze. Then take them out a few at a time and bake them. That way I won't eat the whole batch at once

i aswell, how long did u bake them in the oven? 15 minutes for me in my normal sized oven didn’t even get close to the golden brown he gets, it takes me about 22 minutes to come close to that. was that the same for you?

I like to use an ice cream scoop for divying out my cookies (can do smaller or medium size scoops) then I use the back of the scoop to press the cookies down. I pretty much do a very similar recipe. When splurging, I use Belgian chocolate off of Amazon...sprinkle after baking with a little flaky salt on top!

I’ve been baking chocolate chip cookies for years, perfecting it to my liking & found that European or New Zealand butter blocks make a difference. They r creamier & do not spread so much. I make them the same way u do except I sprinkle salt on top once done.

It never occurred to me NOT to cook an entire batch of cookies at one time (maybe this was why my cookies mysteriously disappeared too quickly). Next time I want cookies I’ll portion my cookies and freeze them. BTW I add nutmeg and cinnamon to my cookies for a unique flavor.❤❤❤

I really like adding some rolled oats along with the chips. It adds the same texture variation as nuts...but I don't like nuts. Also sister is allergic.

These look scrumptious! I did cringe when you ate the raw cookie dough, because it’s got raw egg in it. I would swap out a flax egg (1Tbs ground flax seed in 3Tbs water, mix, let sit while you cream butter and sugars), to be safer and, if you use non-dairy chips, vegan.
