The GOATTTTT Only exception is I used A25 for power for my wideband o2 sensor and gauge (a26 is ground, d14 for o2/wideband signal (white wire for aem) I instead used a25 I think it was on the D plug for 12v. (ill try and remember which one..)

I was literally just looking this up yesterday, amazing video. Also when you wired your Wideband, did you use D10 or D14?
@kraftingkars
@kraftingkars 3 года назад
Ayyyyy! I haven't wired up my wideband for closed loop yet, before I just ran it on open loop! But I think I'll be switching to closed! Prolly make a video on it!

@@kraftingkars Yea I'd like to see that video....I didn't realize you could wire it in open or closed loop???? Cant wait for next video
@kraftingkars
@kraftingkars 3 года назад
@@theedge5584 so when your running in open loop, you don't have to wire your wideband to your ecu! I actually decided to to keep my car on open loop after talking to some local tuners about it. Reason being is that when you are running closed loop your ecu adjusts your fuel live to keep it at 14.7 afr. Which is fine for n/a cars. But for high HP turbo cars you want your afr around 12:1 when doing fat pulls!

So the 3rd wire just needs a 12v supply for the sensor? Nice video mate
@kraftingkars
@kraftingkars 2 года назад
Yessir! Left to right it is VCC(power), Ground, and signal. To get the most accurate readings it is recommended to use the main 12v wire for the ecu

A few more questions if you don't mind, any fuel tank corrosion issues? What is the ideal Lambda on e85 for idle, cruise and full throttle? Do you have a chart? Any issues with engine oil compatibility and engine longevity ? e85 combustion byproducts are different from petrol. Thank you in advance.
@kraftingkars
@kraftingkars 2 года назад
There shouldn't be any fuel tank corrosion issues, ethanol will damage rubber over time, but won't harm steel.
@kraftingkars
@kraftingkars 2 года назад
So it gets kinda confusing thinking about target air fuel ratios with e85 and regular fuel. The stoichiometric ratio is different for each. But the target Lamda will be the same, Which is Lamda 1. Since most AFR gauges and ECU's read in lambda and then convert that number to Air fuel ratio. Your targets in your map and on your gauge are gonna be the same. So 14.7 at idle ~10-11 Wide open throttle, 14.5 for cruising.

Hello I have an s300 V2, I was wondering if I could have on flex fuel on my H22a on high boost to push 700 hp. My car is turbocharged. I hope someone can help me here, im new to this honda community and this is my first street race car.

This page helped me alot getting it all setup, since you are running an s300 V2 that doesn't have a digital input option. You need to run an ethanol content sensor as well as analyzer, this takes your frequency signal from your sensor and converts it to the 1-5v analog signal that your s300 V2 can read.

It's a great idea to run e85 in that car! It will be much safer!

question, did you only use a hose clamp on the braided return and feed lines that connect to the oem lines by the brake booster?

Do u have to use E85 fuel pump and injectors or u can use normal ones?
@kraftingkars
@kraftingkars 2 года назад
Yes I would definitely recommend that! Most aftermarket/performance pumps and injectors are built to be e85 safe. I believe they use a different kind of rubber seal that holds up better to e85
@rodvan-zeller6360

What happens to the fuel pump, injectors and fuel lines? Are these components going to corrode?
@kraftingkars

Yep, you want to have each of those components be e85 safe. I'm running walbro 450 fuel pump, deatchworks 1000cc injectors, ptfe fuel line, etc

Question. WHy not plug the signal wire to the other connector that says ethonal on the digital side? WOuldnt it accept it too or will this only accept it as an analog sign on the analog side?

What's the benefits or what happened if I don't use it??
@kraftingkars
@kraftingkars Год назад
Benefits of flex fuel is you can fill up at any gas station with any fuel that you like besides diesel. Putting e85 in a car without a ethanol content sensor is ok if the car is tuned on exactly e85, but the gas stations around me are not consistent enough for that, best I get is E65 around my house
