To manage Lymphedema and other lymphatic conditions, finding ways to move fluid and stimulate the lymphatic system are essential. Even without lymphedema, a healthy lymphatic system can help the body fight off illness, especially as we head into cold and flu season!

​​@@massageislifeinternational5835 It is a short. A time limit. Can be a brief reminder if you are familiar yet an idea of what will be in the detailed video. I love how you used the V around the ears. I never feel like I find the right spot. Thank you for the help. My son has CP and I'm 'asking' him daily to please do his exercises. He started PT the very week he left the NICU. He is 22 now and it's his body but I can't and won't sit back and let him lose all he's worked so hard for. UNC injects botox and made all of his afos through the years but dismissed him in December 2021 from peds. IIn Charlotte now so I'm struggling to find anyone to put the work in that he needs to keep his joints, etc healthy. PT as an adult? Walk on treadmill for 20. I'm watching him struggle to stand up straight. He leans, turning rt knee inward further than ever. Is there a certain specialty or PT certifications that will treat his entire body? He's home but in college. Covid just stiffened him up. 😢❤ God bless you!!

My swelling is due to paralysis. It is in my knees, calves and feet. Will doing any of this help…?

Kelly's videos are EXCELLENT for lymphatic drainage. For any part of the body.....legs, face have made REMARKABLE changes since following her guidance.

I add another spot which is behind the head. Also I do it 3x a day... Yes it does makes a LOT of difference to face puffiness

I just deep breath as a default constant. Regular massages to target the lymph node concentrated areas are nice.

I know that why i became fat i'm naturally not fat when i was a kid. it's because i fucked up my sleep schedule. i try to change my sleep before 11 pm it's hard but i try. i eat everything without exercising and also i really need to have healthy mindset and heal my trauma. thank you so much liz ❤

Has changing your sleep habits caused weight loss for you??? My Psychologist says that if I get more sleep, it will jumpstart my weight loss!!! I really have issues getting to bed before midnight 😒

Kelly is a HIIGHLY skilled woman on this topic. She has videos for EVERY area of the body. Just go to her website which I believe she listed at the top of this video. I've had edema in my legs for years and as long as I'm consistent with her practices, the fluid seems to magically disappear. Not always, immediately, but more and more quickly the more you keep up with it.

U will find it in red filled pop ups..sone 5 - 10 times each side n there is 8-12 each side as well..however , request to see yourself it first as it moves quickly

I found the easiest way to do it is to hum. Everything's vibration after all you don't need your hands you can use your voice. Breathe in through your nose. Expanding your stomach not your chest. Breathe out your mouth humming. Then just listen to your body.

While still in bed, & before you get up, make. circles with your feet, about 10 x to the left and 10X to the right. ✔💯
