Thank you so very much for this information. I have found your videos very informative. I am working on expressing this lymphatic fluid from my body. I am hoping it works! Again, Thank you so much Kelly!!
Had a serious middle ear infection, lymph nodes swollen and neck was sore. This technique helped immensely and could even hear my ear popped as fluid in the lymph vessels started to be guided down. Hydrotherapy really helps the lymph vessels as well.
Firstable thank you for this video❤ I have a question though: what about hard small balls located in my armpit nodes? It is moving easily when I touch it with my fingers and is not hurting, but is very hard. Do I have to worry? I have it since childhood
At about 1:50 in you mention the glymphatic drains into the sinuses. To avoid sniffing and help clear my sinuses I would lay my tongue on the roof of my mouth with the tip just behind the front top teeth. Then push the tongue against the hard palate while swallowing hard. It will pull yuck down your throat without aspirating it. I would get a runny nose then sniff and end up with bronchitis then cough and get a sinus infection rinse and repeat until meds finally fixed it. If I scrunch my face and eyes shut hard then do the tongue pressed swallow it helps even more. After watching this video I tried pushing the back of my tongue against the soft palate several times then swallowed it 1:54 helped move stuff as well. If the sinuses are part of the glymphatic process would it be best to clean the sinuses before bed with a neti pot or nasalgator along with the thoracic lymph system.
Thank you for this video. I had a masectomy 2 weeks ago and am already tight with a ridge of scar tissue. I'll wait 3 mos before trying these techniques but I'm grateful to have this video for later. ❤
I just came across this video and I am a bit confused. So do we still continue the same strokes and directions as she had taught before? Was she saying that we essentially need to move all fluid towards the armpit area the most? And that the lower groin drainage area was not as effective? Thank you.
This is amazing. I did the facial video along with this one before bed and it was so relaxing. Being able to connect with my body in this way is really helping me to love and appreciate my amazing body in a new and beautiful way. Thank you!
Dear Heart, thank you for this video. Have endured COVID and then extreme fatigue since November 2022. I had one lymphatic massage years ago and I totally relaxed. My body responds well and this is my third time working with this sequence. Its wonderful and I am so relaxed right now. Will be working with this twice daily. All Love
Is there any way to avoid the wraps? I was recently diagnosed with lipo-lymphedema and have my first appointment with a lymphedema specialist. The wraps look like they will impede my ability to work and, if I don’t work, I don’t get paid. I have no support system in my area. Plus, the only exercise I will do is swimming and I can’t do that in the wraps. I am hoping compression wear and a pneumatic compression device will do the job. I already got a dry brush and am looking forward to learning about how that works.
❤. Thank you very eye opening. All your info for breast CA patients is so helpful. Is it ok to do lymphatic massage in the infrared sauna? And then ok to jump in pool?
There is a new product out Helocaine. It is fantastic for treating radiation burns, immediate pain relief and actually helps to treat the burn quickly. You can only get this on their website. It is an approved over the counter treatment. I hope this can offer some relief.
This is fascinating to me. My mom had a very rare form of cancer that they decided was from over radiation. She lived for 40 years with this radiation poisoning before it created a strange type of cancer where her lymph nodes just produced way too much fluid. The thing is, the first time it started it was filling the lungs with fluid. They kept having to drain her almost every day then they figured out what was going on and gave her some rounds of chemo as you would if there were cancer tumors in the lymph nodes. This kind of dried things up, but it did not actually cure it. She lived for about another two years until it cropped up again. This time in her brain. In all this time, there were no tumors only an extreme proliferation of lymphatic fluid. And as I watched this video and you showed how it would drip into the sinuses, this explained why, and what I thought the whole time, she just kept dripping fluid from her nose. If she leaned forward, it would just kind of run out. They could never figure out why she had no pain or swelling in the brain and I still think because it was constantly draining. It was just so new and unusual. They did not know what to do with it.
