Trust me lol u don't want "some one" to detail ur car. Because a good car detailer ain't cheap. And a cheap car deatiler well. U don't want that at all... Watch a phew vids on paint correction. And a few of car washing gurus vids and thank me later. This is only if u care even a little about ur car 👍

Hi there, I just wanted to say thank you so much, this video really helped me a lot. I have someone booked for a car wash in 2 days and this is going to be my very first professional car wash that is not for family so i am kind of nervous to do the door jambs and all because i am afraid that i might ruin the interior by getting it all wet.

Oscar...good stuff in the morning!!! For the utility truck or van door panels, I would have done exactly the same as you, except using a utility brush to cover more area on the floor boards. Would probably still need a detail brush around the hinges. It's true Oscar, you don't need to drag out a steamer, or jet sprayer out on something like this. Rinse, soak, agitate! Good short Detail Brief!!!

Awesome! I usually just spray water first, then apc degreaser, brush it , and finally spray some water again. I spray it with a spray bottle.

Can you make one vid that might use complicated, just most easiest and efficient way, to clean those hard dried mud or even just dirt and black grime that you have to typically just scrub. With money not being an issue.

One way out many to do this and every case is different, I agree using a pressure washer on door jams is a really bad idea.

Oh, there's nothing wrong with using a pressure washer. Just as safe as using a garden hose. I'm just saying you dont HAVE to have a pressure washer even with dry caked on dirt

What I meant to say is. Say my car is clean and I have not checked the door jams. That is the only thing I'm going to clean. Why should I set up the pressure washer just for that? Besides it gets the seats and carpets wet. I can use brushes, small wash mitts, and maybe not even a hose, just a pump sprayer with controlled fan spray and controlled pressure, the time I spend wiping water using a p washer, may be extra time I spend rinsing with a pump sprayer or hose. There no better way 👍🏼, just a preferred way, after trying different ways with the same results.

Well i guess I just removed comon sense and logic in my brain. 😅😅😅 I rinsed the door panel or jams don't know what its called the part near the seats with a flowing water from a hose with out the nozzle carefully avoiding the interior but once i was done. I found out that the carpet behind the drivers seat is wet. As if water went through the seems and under the carpet. Should I freak out now?.

Don’t have to and not recommended for crap cars like that one. They will abuse and neglect it anyways. The top tier is decontamination. Clean. Polish. Ceramic coat.
