प्रत्येक घास चाऊन चाऊन खा...म्हणजे त्यात लाळ मिळेल आणि ॲसिडिटी होणार नाही. त्याच प्रमाणे पोह्याचे पदार्थ ,मैदा,आणि बेकरी पदार्थ खाणे बंद करा. आणि सकाळची नास्त्याची वेळ फिक्स करा. आणि फरक बघा. मला फायदा झाला आहे ॲसिडिटी मध्ये म्हणून शेअर केले😊
