@@ambikasethi8402 type 1 can't be reversed, one is born with pancreas not working. This organ alone deal with insulin. Type 2 however can be controlled not reversed either. Some people think by getting off medication their cured, which isn't true as a diabetic and a masters in nursing, I can you that low carb and light exercise in one's continuous lifestyle can be controlled with visible stable normal glucose level. But as soon as you have carbs like donut, roti, potato, crisp, pizza etc then insulin will spike, so technically the pancreas isn't working as a normal non diabetic. I have found this to be true, I am on low carbs, then one day I have a toast and it spikes to 13, but one can stay off medication if they exercise after eating like this to utilise the glucose. Becareful though high level of sugar will damage kidney, eyes and lead to amputation. So interventions like medication is god sent to many people who can't control intakes of high carbs, sugary foods.

I lost my 25 kg with intermittent fasting and still am on fasting. I am working woman, my eating window is 11am to 7 pm. And in the morning am drinking ginger tea and before tea am doing half an hour exercise. And for lunch just different smoothies and evening normal low oil and law fat vegetarian dinner for I cook for everyone. Don’t need to cook special food. My food and family dinner are same.

@@rbindaasmorning warm water and than exercise and drink water , I drink 8. to 10 glasses of water all day. After exercise drink ginger tea. Get ready for job and making dinner for evening. Take smoothie , berries and small dhani if I work till 7 o’clock. Evening I eat Gujarati vegetarian food but portion control. I eat different cuisine food too . But not fry food or sugary food. I gave up white sugar.

Some of this information isn't true. I've done the 18-6 IF low carbs, 800-900k a day, 100g protein and 30min exercise daily with acv twice daily with lemon. Only lose 1.5kg in a month! 4 days into my 20-4 IF and hoping I'll lose more than the last month.

My timings are different. I leave my house at 7:30 and my eating break is at 10:30 and also I can have lunch at 2 so if I interchange the food is that ok

Hlo mam!! Mai subha 6 baje uthti hu n 1hr excercise krti hu uske baad 7-7.15 pm ko mai 1 cup tea leti hu uske baad 12.30-1.00 k aas paas lunch krti hu uske baad evening mai 5 baje 1 cup tea leti hu n dinner 7.00-7.30 k bich kr leti hu. Is it okay for weight loss or I have to change some things..pls guide me.. I'm 70 kgs n my height is 5.4 Mam pls reply pls..
