CIRCUIT WORKOUT:
1. Wall Sits 30 seconds
2. Wall Sits & Arm Raise 30 Seconds
3. Toe Touches 15 Reps
4. Split Squats 15 Reps Each Leg
5. Hip Thrusts 20 Reps
6. High Plank and Wall Touch 15 Reps Each Arm
7. Wall Pushups 30 Reps
Rest for 1 minute. This is 1 circuit, repeat for another 3 circuits.

I used to do the wall sit while driving for over an hour,and hovering above seat a-few inches. Still having feet infront of pedals made it completely safe! 😀

Thank you for all the time and efforts you put into your videos! I'm new! Just came across your channel! Definitely subbing! I have a question because I need help/ advice. I tore my calves at the gym 10 years ago and they haven't quite healed since. Sometimes they will cramp all day for days at a time or every so often. It's nice not to have them hurting, it's like I get a break! So I know I should see a doctor, take physical therapy, and relax my legs, however I can't do any of those! My medical insurance does not cover much so I'll have to pay out of pocket. I'm currently unemployed so I can't afford the payments for P.T. I try to do light stretching at home to help with my tight, weak muscles. I'm a lover of weight exercises and used to be a daily runner until I blew out my calves. My question is, what exercises do you recommend that I can do at home to help strengthen my calves or at least not strain those muscles further more? I can't get muscle gain at the gym now. I feel like weights are just out of the question now but I don't want to give up.

Extremely creative....seemingly so logical, but I've never thought to try these on the wall..except for the squats. I've seen the pushups/tried once or twice, but they just didn't seem effective.

Since you don’t have any weights with these probably 4x15 and use time under pressure so go sloooow and utilize pauses at the most intense parts of the exercises

It’s interesting… I have done for all the muscles.. But my lower belly is hard to make it flat… I have good curve.. my body totally 💯 good shape but I don’t like my lower.. is ibit big now when I didn’t do exercise and fitness.. it’s changing.. Please give workout for my lower belly.. In the morning is totally okay.. small but when I eat anything even small amounts of food or fruits my lower belly is about to be out … When I don’t eat anything it is okay 👍..

In the hip thrust don’t let the the glutes touch the floor because they’ll go into rest losing tension, you want to keep them elevated from the floor to keep the tension going while doing the hip thrust

hola, son 4 circuitos, ella recomienda hacer los 7 ejercicios seguidos sin descanso y al terminarlos descansas 1 minuto para después empezar con el segundo circuito y así te vas sucesivamente
