It sounds wonderful but for a lot of people unrealistic. They have loved ones that need and depend on them. And take up most of their time. Living slow is an unattainable dream for them. Only a few have that option. Enjoy yours. 💕
We all make time for the things that are important to us. I am a single working mom and my mother has cancer and I care for her. I make time to slow things down. It helps when we don’t think of ourselves as victims. I don’t have to go out and work every day. I CHOOSE to so that I can provide for my family. I don’t have to take care of my mother. I CHOOSE to because I love her and want her to have the best care. Every moment of the day I am choosing to do whatever it is I’m doing for myself or for my family. I am not a victim and life is not happening TO me. These are all my choices.

Your channel is really captivating: simple, peaceful, and natural. In fact, life is as peaceful as simple and uncomplicated with minimum of desires. Needs are fulfilled by Nature, only desires create hindrances and complications. Less desires:more peacefulness and near to Lord.
I am a widow and down sized to move into an apartment. It’s not enough and have to go thru things again. It’s hard for me since at one point I became an emotional shopper. I’m stuck! I’m so afraid of going without. I grew up poor and I think this is part of my problem

Hi Connie, Your videos are like a medicine to me! I just subscribed to your meditation channel too. My challenge is how to stop worrying and suffering about possible future health issues due to my age 70 and trusting that it won’t be as horrific as I’m afraid it will be, not only for myself but for my husband. I really want and need to change, it’s really affecting me. Thank you for everything ❤

This is easy for privileged folks. How does a single working woman will sole custody of small children manage this life. Not everyone lives in calm surroundings.
This is not privilege. It doesn’t take money to go and sit outside on a blanket at a park or back yard. Take your children with you! They will benefit from this too. You can sit in the middle of your living room no tv no phones. Just be in quiet with yourself and your children. Quiet walks are just as beneficial. We also do not need a lot to live a peaceful fulfilling life. You make due with what little we have. I have 5 children and would get lost in the idea s that the world sold me would make my life easier and fulfilling. People just have hard time sitting quiet with their own thoughts. But you can do it! You can find peace. It’s learning to strip away things that rob you of that. Blessings💕
first step is to realize why you are in that situation..you should own your part in it...secondly you need to breathe more and ask God to put people in your path that will give you Godly counsel ..good luck..
Oh dear one, you are so BLESSED ! 2 small children,your whole life ahead of you! I had 6 &ages 1-11! You must Dream about what you want to see & be. Slowly picture and work towards your dreams,. That was 40 years ago and NEW DREAMS will arrive. Prayers for your Great Success. Do not look down or back, there’s so much Joy and Fun. Find it and keep finding it. Love the kids, they are a treasure & will bring you peace.

This way of life doesn’t suit everybody. I know people who would fall into depression leading this kind of life. They need the rough and tumble of life to relax . . . Seriously. Some people like to be on their own and read a book, others need to party to wind down. I’m not making this stuff up, there’s studies that show this to be the case.
