Play-off PuPu's
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of medium cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped black olives
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 cup mayo
1 teaspoon curry powder
pinch of salt
4-6 sliced english muffins
Steps
Half, and toast english muffins, broil until toasted
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Spread mixture onto halves
Broil til melted
Quarter and serve

Ingredients
18 Oreo cookies (serv. 16)
1/2 pack cream cheese (room temp)
Vegetable oil
Melting chocolate
Sprinkles
Steps
Combine cookies and cream cheese in food processor
Form 1 tablespoon balls, lay on baking sheet, and freeze for 10-15mins or until firm
Melt chocolate in microwave adding vegetable oil til runny consistency
Use fork or pick to dip truffles into melted chocolate
Add desired toppings before chocolate sets

Fruit of choice
Heavy whipping cream
Chopped chocolate
Chilled whipping bowl
Cocoa powder
Piping bags
Steps
Chop fruit for topping
Add chopped chocolate and heavy whipping cream; melt
Add about 1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream to chilled bowl until peaks
Swift in Cocoa power, and fold in ganache to taste
Place into piping bags and pipe into cups and layer fruit.
