In 2022, we saw more signs of Sinclaire Johnson's true potential in the 1500m as she won the U.S. title and notched a personal best of 3:58.85 at the Prefontaine Classic. She is one of the very few American women who has broken 2:00 for 800m and 4:00 for 1,500m. In her first-ever global championship, Sinclaire finished 6th overall in the 1,500m final. She isn't shy about vocalizing her goals for 2023: A medal at the 2023 World Championships in Budapest.
We paid a visit to a recent practice by the Union Athletics Club to watch Sinclaire in action as she gets ready to open up her 2023 outdoor season at the Drake Relays.
Video shot, edited and produced by Jason DeLeon for CITIUS MAG.

Love this, I had the chance to run this actual track back in 2013, plus the Hollister trail with Mo Farah! Happy days! 😃👍
