Once in a while a unique human being is born. We seldom recognize what has happened and his or her worth. I fear it will be a long way to make clear what we have lost and it will take even longer to take notice of another unique one, plus many of us tend to destroy those who are an exception, whose voice heart, views differ from ours.

I was a little kid when I saw this iconic video of this bald girl with an ethereal voice. It has forever been engrained in my memory. I actually never heard any of her other songs due to the whole black balling of her. There was no internet back then. I do think she maybe could have stood up for things she believed in a different way. Back then it was not the right time nor place for her to be so forthright. It sucks but now it would be more platforms for her of activism. You can tell she meant no harm and was truly fighting for the cause. Which shocked everyone in the wrong way. I am a SA survivor so I know her passion to do or say something just so that it doesn't happen again.😢 She is seen now not crazy but a BRAVE HERO.🕊

Theirs one thing for sure if you havent experienced child abuse youll never understand it really the body holds trauma forever you learn to live with it but it truly never goes away religion helps some not everyone and theirs more religions than the one true faith so people need to respect that even if they dont meet eye to eye on things

I think the problem especially for Ireland, before the Celtic Tiger, was a very strict form of Catholicism was written into the laws. It impacted every level of society. Divorce was illegal, homosexuality was criminalised. It was a deeply repressed culture. Trauma was buried, not addressed. Changes only really started in the 90s

I just searched those tweets that she retweeted and it was quite obvious sinead had spiralled and was aware about this and asking for help so i don't like the revisionist lying from miley. I do also remember this time in pop culture history and it was every day somebody else coming out with think pieces analyzing miley and saying she was the next britney and how she was having a public meltdown yet everything was planned out. I definitely feel Miley was lashing out at someone who should have been a lot more understanding but was just as judgemental as the tabloids.
@divatalk9011
@divatalk9011 Год назад
Miley definitely knew Sinead was struggling, but ultimately didn't care because unfortunately like most of us, we didn't treat mental health with legitimate seriousness. Sinead warned Miley against record labels pimping her out for money until she faded into obscurity, a warning that was sincere I believe

She believes in Jesus but switched religion. She has a huge tattoo of him on her chest. Even though she's wealthy she gave up a fortune standing up for injustices. I'm sure her soul is safe with our heavenly father. It's important to pray for all souls living and dead for God loves us all. May everyone know God's love is real and not an invention or a story.
