I was out for an early breakfast after a long night with a woman & her daughter. The woman asked me, she said in all the large Irish families, the mother had one 'Poor boy', that was the one child who brought out the mother's maternal instincts. I guess that would have been me, interesting Irish expression, that.
Beautiful but after going to one of her concerts where she had a tantrum and wouldn't perform because there was an American flag flying I was done with her
It wasn’t a tantrum, she just told the venue that she wouldn’t perform if they forced her to play the national anthem to start her concert. She didn’t feel it was appropriate. They soon backed down and the concert went on. She later apologized for hurting anyone’s feelings, saying she didn’t realize the extent of America patriotism, and, if she had known, she wouldn’t have made the same decision..You sure do carry a grudge a long time. Your Grudge Bucket must be heavy as hell after carrying it for over 34 years. You’re kind of ridiculous.
