Stallowner Ms Huang affectionately names her dishes as 4 heavenly kings (四大天王). Apart from the traditional fried oyster and oyster omelette, two dishes set her menu apart from the others. One of them is the Special Fried Oyster, a creative twist to the traditional dish where oysters are separately stir-fried with homemade sambal chilli and served like a side dish. Another that wins the hearts of oyster lovers is the Sambal Oyster. Specially imported from Korea, juicy, plump and creamy oysters are stir-fried with sambal. The aroma is just irresistible!
Premium potato starch is an essential ingredient that gives the dish a delicate taste - crispy on the outside yet soft and moist inside.
Watch the video for a glimpse into the frying of the 4 signature dishes. Brought to you by HappyCat.黑皮猫.

My untie and uncle have a stall in bedok making Hokkien mee and oyster omelette. When I visit I come home many many kilos heavier. Love from the UK!

It is common in Southern China and Taiwan too with different variety. And is common in Singapore Hawker Centre. Welcome to try.

Simply good for a satisfying meal. The oysters are huge and not too oily.

I wonder newer generations of Singaporeans understand Malay words like "makan".

Why not. Makan is the most important thing in Singapore.
