If we talk about Marine Parade by itself, it’s not really a very big district. But even within this small piece of land, we can find some 8,000 HDB flats, at least 50 to 60 condo developments, and scores of landed properties.
But there’s one of class of properties here that many property investors are eyeing, and that’s the shophouses.
