This is not a tutorial video, it’s just a record of me first time using it for embroidery. See this as a rough idea of how this machine works and the process of embroidery. I’m not teaching anything here. Eventually I’ve returned it because of the tension issue and not heavy duty enough to embroider on thick fabric such as nylon webbing. The needle keeps stuck in the fabric and broke.

It appears that incorrect materials are being used to embroider some type of jacket or hoodie. Again, there is no explanation provided regarding what you’re embroidering with or on, which may be causing upper thread tension issues. I assume you’re using white bobbin thread. Additionally, from the other side, showing more of the top thread and less of the bottom indicates incorrect tension settings. Also, factors to consider are the types of stabilizers, needles, and threads (both upper and lower), which may contribute to tension issues. In conclusion, this is not necessarily a machine error, but rather a user error resulting from incorrect settings and possibly the use of wrong materials for embroidery.
