Diana has the nickname "Queen of Goosebumps", so the rest of us know exactly how you feel. She shakes my soul! Her tone quality is other-worldly. And, yes, that is her 100% real voice. She is polyphonic and her larynx manipulations are out of this world. She is my favorite female vocalist in the world. And she is getting better and stronger every day, especially her upper register. She does her own interpretations and arrangements. At the age of three in the middle of Russia's far northern Winter she was abandoned, injured, at a bus stop where she was rescued and sent to an orphanage. At the age of 5 she was still traumatized and unable to speak properly. A massage therapist who visited the orphanage trying to help kids, was the first to recognize something special in this little girl, and eventually adopted her.
