Ahhh I've missed you guys! Good to see your Scott crush still going strong LOL. No but they seriously snapped on this. Scott's run down to his low baritone register, Matt's entire verse, hearing Kirstie coming forward during the bridge, Mitch in his more natural register, and of course Kevin sealed the deal.

Megestic is a great word to describe Kirstan's voice. She sounds like how a Disney Princess should sing. It's just too good.

This is a cover song, originally done by Seal. I love Scott's belting !!! He seems to be more open and has a sexy quality on this one. Matt's voice is so rich and inviting. Kirstie was just so clear and clean cut through all the guys voices. She is EPIC !! OMG, your faces and reaction to Kevin's "Baaaabay!" was priceless !! 😅😅 Scott's last belt was GALACTIC !! I love this version of the song and am more amazed every time I listen to it. Never really cared for the original, probably because it was so over played. But THIS, this is pure MAGIC ! Thanks guys for your reactions.

Good to see you guys again... I missed seeing your reactions of PTX. Your reaction to "Kiss from a Rose" has one very distinctive similarity that is common with other reactors. This video is so good that, while hearing it when those big vocal splashes/surprises happen, the reactors at these moments have some difficulty stringing sentences together because of wanting to express so many thoughts at one time. lol I Love it! Long time no see. Haven't listened to ptx recently. Scott's voice is even better than I remember. It has more gravitas. The grit sounds more natural. Love it!

Every reactor, and Ive seen dozens, is either speechless or only capable of repeating a few words over and over again. A frequent exclamation is: "What did I just see?!" I'm personally calling this: PTX, all grown up. I have lidtened to this live version at least 100 times in a matter of days and IT JUST GETS BETTER! I am SO glad to see you two reacting to this!! I know it's hard getting their videos up, and we appreciate the struggle you go through. But hey, even if they can't be reacted to, you can still listen to them, because PTX is NOT slowing down any time soon!! Last year's Christmas album was recently nominated for a Grammy, by the way! Also, their non-Christmas music going forward is now going to be self-labeled, so that may help tremendously with the whole copyright thing.

Y'all NEED to do their version of 'Creep' from the masked singer - but the unmasked version They sound amazing as usual - and Scott's got rasp for dayssss!!! Also, there's an incredible Mitch slap moment 😅

I clicked so fast when I saw you guys had reacted to this! So glad you are reacting to PTX again, despite the difficulties. I love how giddy you were! You said you have been missing Mitch's voice so you might want to react to his solo stuff as Messer. He puts it out on his own label so I doubt very much it would get blocked. His most recent single Halfway is amazing and he wrote it himself and co-produced it too. But a lot of people find the Messer visualisers a bit odd, so be prepared for that! Also: the Making of Evergreen mini documentary by PTX would probably blow your mind. It is so interesting to see the behind the scenes stuff.

Kirsten is a mezzo soprano, Mitch is a tenor who has a beautiful falsetto ( he's able to do a first and second soprano ), Matt is the the bass and has a great falsetto as well, Scott is the baritone and is just a freak of nature with the range he has, Kevin he's a high tenor and beatboxer. He is an actual genius. Look him up. But this song was in Batman Forever and was originally done by SEAL. Honestly watching this performance I see Scott looking like he's Michael Jackson in the Dirty Diana video. Their song Thank You is an original and is awesome. Check it out.

I saw them last night in concert and they, as always, blew everything out of the park….this one especially. Also be sure to check out their new Christmas mashup of Pure Imagination/Christmas Time is Here. Right at the top of the list of the most beautiful songs they’ve ever done. It’s breathtakingly gorgeous.

I knew you guys would lose your minds over this one. Have you had a chance to hear their new original I Rise? It doesn't have a music video, so it might be easier to get uploaded. It is a killer anthem that deserves to be in a movie during a hero gearing up scene. You'll love it!

Background vocals have always been a star for PTX. Hallelujah gave us the blueprint for their unique way of elevating the background support. I know that every time they release a new song, Pentaholics think it should be a grammy winner, but I really think this is grammy worthy.

Missed you guys and your PTX reaction. I would advise you to check out their new Christmas album and specifically the 8 new songs (this is one of the 8). Also check out Scott's new solo album - Parallel and several of Mitch's new solo releases (Messer - Oblivion, Velvet and Halfway). If you like the grit check out their sendoff performance of Creep from the Masked Singer show...alot like this but it does have a backing band as that was required on the show. Finally, their Christmas album from 2021 - Evergreen was nominated for a Grammy (did not win) and last year's Christmas album - Holidays around the World is nominated this year for a Grammy.

I think when they first had Matt in the band he was singing arrangements and solos written for avi. They are so different in strengths, tone, style etc so it was hard for him to excel. I feel like pentatonix really found how to play to Matt’s strengths and he has really grown with the group. Incredible to see! Can’t believe this is live honestly.

I saw them from the front row perform this last year. OMGosh - Kevin was on the stage right in front of me & I just can't describe how I felt hearing & seeing this up close!! Their whole concert was amazing. My goose bumps had goose bumps!! I hope y'all will get to go see them live! It's truly a religeous experience. That was December & now it's Feb. & I have not yet come down from cloud 9!!! Pease react to their O Holy Night (new version) - it will also blow your mind!
