Ik its called"the art of screaming" but all the exercises are, are to train your voice to be manipulated and can be implemented for any style of music.

Practice! If anything, just try to talk on the beat of the metronome, and or read off anything with that 1234 pacing. One word at a time. Play with the tempo(bpm) faster and slower. Just to catch that pace of the beat. once you can keep a constant pace, you'll be able to hook yourself onto the measures at the start. Then you'd have to go even more in depth with the metronome. Aka, add an "and" between the 1,2,3,4 So, 1, and 2, and 3, and 4 and (Eight Notes) Then 1, la le, 2 la le, 3 la le, 4 la lee (Triplets)
