Beautifully sung! What's amazing is that a lot of people don't realize this group probably didn't even practice. It's all part of our upbringing ... singing in church. Praise the Lord!

I thank God you were touched by this, it truly touched me as well,God is calling you back home, if you feel far from him, he's always been there for you beside you always, come back home to your father, into his loving arms in Jesus name, amen
Same here uso I ain't been back to loku for over 15 years and this hymn and the loku they did in samoan and english brought back mad memories of my youth days growing up in the church.
What beautiful voices of these young men. You made me PROUD TO BE SAMOAN---Thank you for REPRESENTING OUR PROUD CULTURE everywhere you go. MAY GOD PROTECT AND KEEP YOU SAFE IN HIS LOVING CARE! SAMOA E SILI OE.
Thank you so much for sharing these brave men who understand why they singing. In such a dangerous line of work God has to keep them safe. These guys rock.
I wish all people could be like this, God gave us all a beautiful world to live in so many people are not thankful for what they are given. I love my Lord, Jesus and what He has done and given me and my family.
You must not have many as most if not all of them grew up in church choirs, whether it's here in the States, New Zealand, Australia or back home in the Samoan Islands.......visit and you'll see that your way off base.
I love when I hear the tenor it brings back those good days when I was in the aufaipese back in loku. Always loved going to choir practice. Thank you for sharing this beautiful footage and also i pray to God to watch over y'all when y'all are out there doing a great job. In jesus name I pray. Amene.
@@hendopualau439 The song. I'd be grateful! Because of the tune, I'm singing HAWai'i Aloha, but I'm sure that's not it. So beautiful, whether know the language or not. Just seeing their closeness with each other is a prayer in itself!
Lurton Family, Do you know what song they were singing in the other video (posted by Lori Light) of them walking out of the forest? The musical composition is the same as the Christian hymn "What A Friend We Have In Jesus".
emanresu808 kdfuuu I'm #Dead 💀💀💀 this is my spirit replying Lol 😂😂 anyway I'm with you on it's an english hymn but S J Tillinghast was referring to the hymn TUNE so he/she ain't wrong... my lua sege 😋
Bangtanie kim lo ta nuu moni but it's a different version of the song, this version the fire crew you find very very rare because us samoan still use the ancient versions of the hymns but yup you will find a lot of versions but the most common one us samoan use is just the one you hear from "KOLISI FAIAOGA"
is the first song the same song the samaon rugby team are singing here?ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uTDpboHNTqk.html, I like their singing
I second that emotion! A very kind person posted the lyrics to the other one ( can't write the title unless it's right before me) and I'm so grateful to have it!
@@benyuhoi7458 I wish I could. It's so beautiful. I'm guessing its one of the hymns. Maybe someone else will post the lyrics and translation. Maybe if you asked in a post to the whole thread? Here is another one that I did find the lyrics to. I think its posted somewhere on the thread. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-46_PJpVY7lU.html
The tune seems to be Hawai'i Aloha. Obviously the lyrics are different. So amazingly beautiful! Shouldn't be posting this....makes people like me want to live American Samoa. 😄🤙
