Hello Mark! Thanks for your amazing output once again! I was wondering If there would be only one movement you could choose, the most all arounder, for kettlebell, what would it be? Cheers! 💪
Overuse injury question: Thoughts on preventing once I've recovered? Just got diagnosed with de quervain's tenosynovitis (thumb/wrist overuse) that I think came from suddenly starting KB and not giving enough time at low weight (was only using 12kg, but was probably still too much for a desk jockey).
Hi Mark, is there a reps/ sets benchmark you recommend before adding a “medium” or “heavy” day? I know you recommend heavy should be half as much work capacity as on light days, but could you be more specific? EX: 10 sets of 6 reps on KBs, 10 sets of 60sec 2H club, or 10 sets of 10 SH club? Lots of past injuries from roof falls, car accidents, etc forces me to be cautious...
Definitely same family. Indian clubs tend to be much lighter (1-2 lb), so the complexity of the movement can be much greater than if you were using a 20 pound heavy club (wrist circles, for instance-high level movement with very light weight).
I would say that indian clubs is very similar to light mace. You can do very complex movements and it gets even more complicated if you use double clubs. I don't do them often but they are really nice.

Nice video, but just a bit too much talking brop. I understand that certain things must be said and you say them very well, but you may want to control your desire to talk too much. People may fast forward through your dialogues to get to the movements and miss something important because they don't want to listen to you.
