You always amaze me with your wonderful techniques for creating exciting new ways of recreating stitches that we know how to do. You are an amazing teacher. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this clear tutorial. I love that whenever I see your name, I know it will be a perfect tutorial, without a lot of excess blahs. Quick, but always clearly explained.
I will have to watch you doing these maybe about a 100 times I can’t thank you enough for sharing your expertise, I think you did one with half double…. you are a angel diva crochet!
Thank you Donna for having so many awesome tutorials! I swear I haven't found a stitch style in a pattern yet that wasn't covered by your videos! Truly a project saver!
Greetings, These Single Crochet Stitch Variations are very nice. What would be the stitch method at the end of each row for making a long rectangle scarf? Thank you.
When the colors will create an intricate design, I generally stick with a simple stitch like plain, regular single crochet. Or double crochet. Some people do the corner to corner stitch pattern, if the colorwork is designed for it. That pretty much is just double crochet stitches.
Ok wow! Thanks so much for showing me the cross sttich one. I'm having a hard time seeing the difference between a yarn over and a yarn under. Besides watching this video a jillion more times (which i will do!) is there anything I should recite to myself to help me remember the difference? Thanks!!
When holding the crochet hook as you work, assuming the hook part that sticks out is considered the 'front' of the hook, a yarn over touches the back of the crochet hook first. A yarn under touches the front or belly part of the crochet hook first.
