Michael Trasso demonstrates a single leg drill he does in his wrestling and jiu jitsu classes. This drill teaches you the importance of good head positioning when you have a single leg. Your partner will try and move your head out of good position (let's say 40% resistance) and your goal is to try and keep your head right in their chest/ribs and not let it et pushed to the inside or outside which would open up kimura traps or guillotines. Try this drill at home or in your school!
